Promote and present a funding project on the ulule platform.

Amélie Ariaux, chef of the Toulouse restaurant Les coudes sur la table, and Myrtille Vardelle, culinary photographer, worked together on a project for a recipe book from the restaurant, a work entitled: « daily canteen »

We worked together on the production of a video whose objective was to tell the genesis of this recipe book. So I did one shoot during a restaurant service and another during a work session between the chef and her photographer.

I also recorded a text written and read by Amélie Ariaux, a text that served as a guideline for the editing that I produced afterwards. His words give strength and meaning to the images I have made.

Out of a target of 175 pre-sales copies to produce their book, the authors reached 700 pre-orders and the video was viewed more than 800 times in a few days.
